Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining enables any part to be produced with the tightest metrics. We run 15 machining centres — milling, horizontal and vertical lathes — for light and heavy-duty components. Precision in every part, from small to large scale.
SMALL & LARGE SCALE
Turning and milling are where this company was born and one of our strongest areas today. More than 20 specialists operate conventional and CNC lathes and mills, delivering precision work on components from small to large scale.
ROTORS / FANS / TURBINES
With certified equipment we perform dynamic testing and balancing of industrial rotors, fans and turbines. Calibration follows the standards required by our clients — including wind, naval and pharmaceutical — with a balancing certificate issued. We balance rotors up to 2 000 kg with 0.1 g/kg precision.
TIG / MIG / MAG / ETD
We perform every type of welding — TIG, MIG, MAG and ETD — on pipes, shafts, flanges and profiles. Steel, stainless and aluminium, with certified technicians and high-quality equipment for demanding projects. X-ray quality control available for critical structures.
MOTORS / PUMPS / GEARBOXES / ROLLERS
Preventive and corrective maintenance for motors, pumps, reducers and rollers. We replace bearings, seals and gaskets, and manufacture and repair shafts and gears. Annual maintenance contracts and 24-hour response for industrial clients across mainland Portugal.
CUTTING / BENDING / STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLY
Sheet cutting and bending, fabrication and assembly of metal and GRP (glass-reinforced polyester) structures — from design to on-site installation. Walkways, railings, covers, supports and bespoke structures for demanding industrial environments.
